Privacy Policy
Effective August 2, 2026
This policy explains what Visionary Advance LLC (“Visionary Advance”, “we”) collects when you use our website service, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.
1. Information you give us
- Account details. Your name, email address, and a password. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider — we never see or store the plain text.
- Business details. Your business name, industry, address, phone number, contact email, and opening hours.
- Site content. Text, images, logos, colours, and anything else you send us to publish.
- Support messages. The change requests you file and the messages in those threads.
2. Information we collect from other sources
To build your site we import publicly available information about your business from Google, using the Google Places API. That can include your listing name and address, opening hours, coordinates, star rating, review count, an editorial summary, photographs, and the text and author names of public reviews.
Some of that material — review text and the names of the people who wrote it — is personal information about third parties, and some of it is published on your finished site. Wherever it comes from, we only use what Google already makes public, and we will remove any of it on request.
Previews built before you sign up. We sometimes build a preview site for a business using this same public information, before that business has any relationship with us, and share it with them as an example of what we could do. If you received a preview and want it taken down and the underlying data deleted, email Info@visionaryadvance.com and we will do it.
3. Information collected automatically
- Sign-in cookies. The dashboard sets essential cookies to keep you signed in. Without them the product cannot work, so they are not optional.
- Local preferences. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser and never sent to us.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data, including IP address, user agent, and timestamps.
- Site analytics. The sites we build include Google Analytics so we can report visitor numbers back to you. See section 6.
4. Payment information
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We store only the identifiers and status we need for billing: a Stripe customer ID, a subscription ID, your plan, its status, and the current period end date.
5. Why we use your information
- to build, publish, host, and maintain your website;
- to create and secure your account, and to sign you in;
- to take payment and manage your subscription;
- to answer your change requests and provide support;
- to send you service email — a reply to a request, confirmation that a change is done, notice that your site is live, and billing notices;
- to report on how your site is performing;
- to detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
6. Visitors to the site we build for you
The sites we build include Google Analytics, which collects usage data about their visitors. For that data you are the controller and we act on your instructions — it is your site and your visitors. You are responsible for whatever cookie notice or privacy policy your own site needs in your jurisdiction. Tell us if you want analytics removed from your site and we will remove it.
7. Who we share information with
We use a small number of service providers to run the product. They only receive what they need to perform their function, and they are not permitted to use it for anything else.
| Provider | What it does |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Database and authentication — account, business, site, and support data |
| Vercel | Hosting for the dashboard and for your site, plus domain registration |
| Stripe | Payments and subscription billing |
| GitHub | Stores the source code of the site we build for you |
| Resend | Sends transactional email |
| Business information (Places), visitor analytics, and Search Console |
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our Terms of Service, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or to a buyer as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
8. Where your information is held
Our providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in, including in the United States. Where the law requires a transfer mechanism, we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses.
9. How long we keep it
We keep your account and site data for as long as your account is open. After you cancel we keep it for a reasonable wind-down period so the account can be restored if you change your mind, and then delete it. Billing records are kept longer where tax and accounting law requires. Backups are deleted on their own rotation.
10. Security
Access to production data is limited to people who need it. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider, card data never touches our servers, connections are encrypted in transit, and sensitive credentials are held as encrypted environment secrets rather than in our source code. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. Residents of California and of other US states with privacy laws also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of them, email Info@visionaryadvance.com. We will respond within the period the applicable law allows. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time, though we will still send service messages about your account and your site.
12. Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect, and we will always update the effective date at the top of this page.
14. Contact
